Leading MICE was involved in all service for the European elevators company

An European elevators company held HR Townhall during 16th – 19th  Aug, 2016, many of this company’s HR leaders attended this meeting, they conducted much HR related discussion and learning course, and made presentation and training by various high-tech methods.

As this meeting’s supplier, Leading MICE was involved in all the design, creative and setup services, and acquired client’s acknowledgement and praising.  Leading MICE’ services covered meeting logo &  signs’ design and producing, stage setup , meeting material’s design and producing, meeting room decoration, etc.

As one of the most well-known European manufacturer s, the client has very high demanding for all the design, printing and producing; any tiny deviation would not be permitted. Especially at printing area, client’s demanding is almost rigorous, like logo’s color, page margin, etc, and any sound would not be permitted on the stage.

Although it was very hot during this meeting, almost everyday’s temperature was over 38 centigrade Leading MICE’ project managers went and returned for more than 80 kilometer to provide on-site service. In addition, this meeting was held in client’s training room so that there were a lot of limits to stage setup and lighting. And Leading MICE has overcome all the difficulties and perfectly finish all the services.
